WHAT GOES INTO MULTI- FAMILY DESIGN?
Phase Nº 1
Concept + Design Development
We begin with the property, architecture, target resident and overall vision, then develop a distinct creative direction for the amenity spaces. From there, we build the interiors through space planning, materiality, lighting, custom details and the elements that define the resident experience.
Phase Nº 2
Construction Documentation + Coordination
Once the concept is established, we translate it into the drawings, specifications and details needed to bring it to life. We coordinate closely with the architect, consultants and project team throughout construction to keep the original design intent intact.
Phase Nº 3
Furniture, Art + Procurement
We source furniture, decorative lighting, art, accessories and custom pieces specifically for the property. We manage the purchasing, tracking, receiving, delivery and installation.
